Technical solutions that matter, now and in the future

The systems for circumferential strapping are offered in different versions, stationary, movable on a trolley or movable on a portal with single or double sided rails. Thus all customer requirements are covered. The following features can be easily added to all types:

• Placement of wooden blocks under the strap to compensate for different expansion coefficients during the subsequent heat treatment 

• Placing plastic pads under the seal to prevent damage to the surface

With an additional robot the following features can also be easily added: 

​

• Paint or ink marking on circumference and/or disks 

• Application of one or more labels as adhesive labels or integrated into the strap 

​

The addition of further functionalities, in particular marking with the help of industrial robots, contributes greatly to the simplification of operational processes and thus to cost savings, as not only controllers and interfaces can be saved but even valuable hall space.
