Technical solutions that matter, now and in the future

In dot stamping, the individual characters are broken down into dots that are applied one after the other. This can be done with one or more marking needles.

The dot stamping process is used for products such as heavy plates, tubes or other long products where a relatively large set of information needs to be applied in a short time.

We offer a single needle head, which is available in different versions. With this, penetration depths of a few tenths up to over a millimetre (in hot structural steel) can be achieved. The corresponding RONMAS multi-needle heads are used in the same designs if shorter cycle times / marking times are necessary.

The special geometry / material combinations of the impact needles are adapted for each application (product material / temperature).
