Ink Marking

Paint has solid particles, in ink the dyes are dissolved into the liquid.  

Paint marking has become widely accepted for robust markings, ink marking is used more for filigree applications. Ink marking can show its advantages when applying small lettering at high speeds. Also the application of more complex codes such as a QR code or even a barcode can be carried out in good quality with ink marking.
