In contrast to the industrial robots in the automotive industry or the conventional pick-and-place robots, our robots always have distance sensors, since in the metal industry no two products are exactly alike. Therefore, our robots must be able to "see". And what could be more obvious than to return this recognised information immediately to the customer's quality system and thus providing further measured variables for his process optimisation.
